2. About Above All IT

Above All IT provides IT consulting, managed IT support, cybersecurity, cloud computing, network infrastructure, and AI business adoption services to organizations primarily based in Sacramento, California and the surrounding region.

The terms of that agreement control to the extent of any conflict with these Terms of Service.

Above All IT bills on a time-and-materials basis unless a different structure is agreed in writing. Pricing, payment terms, late fees, and refund policy for any specific engagement are documented in the applicable service agreement or statement of work.

6. Intellectual Property

The aboveallit.com website, including its design, copy, graphics, and code, is owned by Above All IT or its licensors. You may view and share content for personal and informational purposes; any other use (including republication, modification, or commercial redistribution) requires our written permission.

Work product produced under a service engagement is governed by the ownership and licensing terms of the applicable service agreement.

In the course of providing services, we routinely come into contact with confidential information belonging to our clients. We treat that information as confidential and use it only as needed to provide the services. Specific confidentiality obligations are set out in each client's service agreement.
