Above All IT bills on a time-and-materials basis unless a different structure is agreed in writing. Pricing, payment terms, late fees, and refund policy for any specific engagement are documented in the applicable service agreement or statement of work.
6. Intellectual Property
The aboveallit.com website, including its design, copy, graphics, and code, is owned by Above All IT or its licensors. You may view and share content for personal and informational purposes; any other use (including republication, modification, or commercial redistribution) requires our written permission.
Work product produced under a service engagement is governed by the ownership and licensing terms of the applicable service agreement.
